Terms for Retailers

Retailers in Germany

1. New customers have a minimum order value of €500 net

2. Existing customers can order from an order value of 150 € net (below this a small quantity surcharge of 15 € applies)

3. In order to strengthen the brick-and-mortar retail trade, retail partners with an order value of €750 or more will be delivered net, carriage paid

4. The shipping costs are 5% of the order value under 750 € value of goods

5. Repeat orders are always considered as new orders and we reserve the right to make partial deliveries

6. The minimum shipping rate is €8.90 (packaging and insurance included)

Retailes in the EU and Switzerland

1. New customers have a minimum order value of €1,000 net

2. In order to strengthen the brick-and-mortar retail trade, retail partners with an order value of €2,500 or more will be delivered free of charge

3. Existing customers can order from an order value of 150 € net (below this there is a small quantity surcharge of 15 €)

4. Shipping costs are 7% of the order value

5. The minimum shipping rate is €14.90 (packaging and insurance included)

Note: We currently do not charge a packaging fee or a separate logistics surcharge per order.

For pallet shipments, an extra €50 per pallet will be added.
